DELIVERY IN SOUTH AFRICA:

BDC South Africa - Delivery is via Aramex door-to-door delivery overnight at R99. We shall send you photos of the waybill details where you can track your parcel at www.aramex.co.za as seen below. Please see the photos of the example of a delivery that will be sent to you overnight to your delivery address. We appreciate you as a BDC Customer.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Black Diamond Clothing [BDC] is located in the Southern Parts of Namibia in towns called Oranjemund, Karasburg and Online in South Africa. We offer courier services via Nampost for FREE and R99 in South Africa via Aramex. We offer our services no matter where you are located in Namibia or South Africa. Delivery to Windhoek is one day and two days to other areas. BDC online offers their services to anyone, anywhere in Namibia. Place your order online or you can WhatsApp us 😊

BDC is committed to delivering to over 120 000 customers. We have over 120 000 Facebook likes and followers and we take business very seriously. HOW LONG DOES MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery takes 1-2 days in Namibia and overnight in South Africa. We also offer delivery anywhere in Africa for an additional R90 and it takes 14-21 days. We courier to any African country and we have many customers from South Africa; Angola; Botswana; Malawi; Mozambique; Zimbabwe and Zambia. Please feel free to contact us on Facebook or WhatsApp to ask any questions for international orders. Contact details below.

Once payment has been received we will then courier your products to the delivery address you need to provide to us when you create your account on the BDC Website after you have checked out. After your payment has been received we will process your order in one working day and thereafter a waybill number shall be sent to the details you provided in the account when you registered. Your tracking number shall be provided by Nampost and you shall also be able to track your parcel from their website.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As mentioned in the previous question once you have placed your order and payment has been received order processing takes one working day. You shall receive your tracking number via email as you provided when you registered your account with us.

  HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

This message will give you the required information/Instructions on how BDC receives payment 💡💰📰Please note that the easiest method will be for you to select all your products, add them to cart and then click checkout. After which you will have to register an account to provide your basic information and delivery details. Please note that after you have placed your order you shall receive two emails. The first one will be a confirmation of your order and the second will provide our banking details for Direct Bank Deposit. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS FOR ANY INCOMING MAIL.

Please note that if you are struggling to place your order on our website please contact us. We do also offer a service where we shall process your order manually for you in our system. We shall require a email address from you where you need to click on COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. Remember here at BDC we give the best customer service. Payment at the moment is arranged via Bank Deposit. BDC banks with FNB and Standard Bank. We also accept E-wallets's from FNB. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Most of the questions should be answered on this FAQ page and under the section MORE in the Main Menu 😊 You can only use the Direct Bank payment method for now. Visa and Mastercard will soon be added😊 Please note that goods will only be sent to you once the funds have been cleared and confirmed that it is available in the BDC Account. HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE MY SIZE?

At BDC Online we have implemented a live stock system, therefore the best method is to actually click on the product that you are interested in and then you will see what sizes are available. Refer to the picture below for more information 🙏😉☎! 



DOES BDC ACCEPT LAYBY'S?

YES WE DO 😀✌😱!

Details on how to Layby with BDC: 
The minimum deposit is N$100/R100 and maximum duration of three months. In terms of the layby you will only receive the goods once your layby account has been paid in full. Do note that when your layby has been paid in full we will also offer a free delivery to wherever you are located.  Here at BDC we go the extra mile to allow our customers to purchase our highly sought after & high quality products.
